SUP (stand up paddle board) began its journey in Hawaii and spread all over the world. During the past two years, it has also become popular in Hungary.

The answer is SUP yoga. It brings your yoga practice to a brand new level. The asanas are carried out on the water on a paddle board, thus increasing the intensity of the postures.
Balancing constantly can calm down the mind, so this is also a great method to release and relieve stress.
The nonstop micro-movements make the core muscles strong and tone up the entire body. Even so, it is a safe sport and can also be an excellent workout. Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
My name is Linda, and I grew closer to yoga in 2009, following a knee injury. Yoga helped me to heal it, but it quickly became more important to me than simply a rehabilitation technique. As an instructor, I prefer ashtanga and the dynamic styles.
Besides yoga, I do several other sports; this is how I came to meet SUP first, and then SUP yoga. Without doubt or hesitation, I immediately fell in love with SUP yoga, so I went to California in January 2015 to become a certified SUP yoga instructor.
Since May 2015 I have been giving classes in Hungary. My goal is to allow people to learn these amazing, harmonious but also challenging movements.
