During the past two years, it has also become popular in Hungary.
Yoga is an ancient Indian method, which can help us to keep our bodies in good condition, functioning in the right way and helping to prevent disease.

[/mk_fancy_title][vc_separator color=”mulled_wine” align=”align_left” style=”dotted”][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”false” margin_bottom=”34″ animation=”right-to-left”]The answer is SUP yoga. It brings your yoga practice to a brand new level. The asanas are carried out on the water on a paddle board, thus increasing the intensity of the postures.

Balancing constantly can calm down the mind, so this is also a great method to release and relieve stress.
The nonstop micro-movements make the core muscles strong and tone up the entire body. Even so, it is a safe sport and can also be an excellent workout. Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/mk_page_section][mk_page_section bg_image=”https://emoceanyoga.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/emocean_yoga_slide6.jpg” bg_color=”#ed9736″ attachment=”fixed” bg_position=”center center” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” bg_stretch=”true” video_loop=”false” video_color_mask=”#00cece” video_opacity=”0.8″ min_height=”404″ sidebar=”sidebar-1″][vc_column][mk_fancy_title color=”#ffffff” size=”49″ force_font_size=”true” size_smallscreen=”42″ size_tablet=”36″ size_phone=”31″ font_weight=”100″ font_style=”normal” margin_top=”104″ margin_bottom=”18″ font_family=”Roboto” font_type=”google” align=”center” animation=”bottom-to-top”]Balancing constantly can calm down the mind, so this is also a great method to release and relieve stress

Yoga helped me to heal it, but it quickly became more important to me than simply a rehabilitation technique. As an instructor, I prefer ashtanga and the dynamic styles.

Without doubt or hesitation, I immediately fell in love with SUP yoga, so I went to California in January 2015 to become a certified SUP yoga instructor.

Since May 2015 I have been giving classes in Hungary.
